The location was great, the room was exactly as advertised, and the desk staff was very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We switched rooms and were able to check in to the new room well in advance of the check in time. And the desk kept giving me coffee pods :)

The receptionist gave us a nice welcome and we were able to check-in earlier. She also gave us some good ideas for short easy hiking in the area. We also liked the indoor pool, the sauna, and especially the breakfast. We loved the all day coffee, tea and chocolate drink display at customer's convenience. Washing Maschine and dryer for 2$/load was great! We could get our stuff after a week travel clean again!

Literally, every box was ticked, and deservedly so. The rooms were quiet, the beds were divine, the bathrooms were 5-star and the water pressure was fantastic. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a while as well. If I go back to Gananoque, I will absolutely reserve a room at this hotel again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and no issues getting more towels and soap. The breakfast was good with lots of options and no issues with finding a parking spot.

Very comfortable room, well appointed; comfortable beds with variety of pillows; clean room; plentiful and variety of breakfast options; proximity to town and Thousand Island Cruise port; easy access off the 401.

Really enjoyed our stay. Just for the night but the buffet breakfast was generous and delicious and very clean facility! Pool was nice and even the standard room was spacious.

We got a suite with a king bed. Room was comfortable and very specious. Saff was very friendly. The location was close to downtown and casino. We loved restaurants in this little town, and also visited Casino. We came to take a Thousand Islands cruise next day.

pool was nice, shallow end is 3 feet so was perfect for my little guy. staff were friendly, our room was clean. showers were hot and strong. located a short drive from all the 1000 islands sites and close enough to all of the restaurants Gananoque has to offer.

The rooms were great. Although it is showing little sign of age, but the property is clean. Breakfast is awesome. If you are driving an EV, They have 2 charging stations. 1 is a Tesla wall charger and other one is a generic one. I was able to charge my car for free overnight.
